What is Padel?
At Northwood Racquet & Fitness Club, we’re not following trends
WE’RE SETTING THEM.
We are the ONLY club in the Lehigh Valley offering Padel.
Padel is the fastest-growing racquet sport in the world — exploding across Europe, Miami, NYC, and now… right here at Northwood.
It blends the power of tennis, the strategy of squash, and the energy of pure competition — all inside a glass-enclosed court built for speed, angles, and nonstop rallies.

This isn’t pickleball.
This isn’t tennis.
This is the future of racquet sports.
Played in doubles on an enclosed glass court, padel creates longer rallies, more action, and insane point construction using the walls.
It’s fast. It’s tactical. It’s addictive.
And until now, you couldn’t play it anywhere in the Lehigh Valley.

How to play
