Club Policies

General Policies

  1. Northwood adheres to all current Federal and State Covid mandates.

  2. Clients must check in at the Front Desk upon arrival.

  3. Tennis and racquetball members may book a court up to two weeks in advance.

  4. Adult tennis players may reserve a spot in a drill or round robin up to two weeks in advance.

  5. Payment is required to reserve an adult tennis drill session/enrollment or any junior tennis class/enrollment.

  6. Players must be a member in order to purchase and use our members-only class packs and lesson series.

  7. No refunds.

  8. All players who do not check in and pay before playing will be charged a $10 non-payment fee.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations cannot be accepted via email.  Please call the club or tell the desk in person.

  1. Court rentals: Player must cancel 4 hours prior to start of court time or the player who booked the court will be charged the full court rate.

  2. Private and semi-private lessons: Player must cancel 8 hours in advance of the start of the lesson or player will be charged the full amount of the lesson.

  3. Adult tennis drill sessions and Pickleball: Payment is required at time of reservation. Player will receive a class credit only if he/she cancels at least 4 hours in advance of the class.

Junior Tennis Policies

  1. No makeup for missed classes.  Missed classes cannot be refunded, carried over to a new session, or made up on another day the class is offered. If Northwood has to cancel class (snow, etc.), the value of the class will be returned to the player’s Northwood account.
