Located in Lower Nazareth, Pennsylvania, Northwood Racquet & Fitness club has served the Lehigh Valley for over 40 years.
Our mission is to support and promote the growth of tennis and fitness in the Lehigh Valley.
We provide our clients with a full service facility that serves their needs in tennis, fitness, racquetball, pickleball, wallyball and volleyball.
Featured Programs
Junior Tennis Program
We offer a comprehensive junior program for kids ages 5 - 18. We have classes for beginners through advanced and elite players. We focus on stroke production, strategy, and fun.
Adult Tennis Program
We offer a comprehensive adult program featuring drill sessions and clinics for all levels, round robins, and flexible league play.
