Northwood in a Nutshell

            When you walk into a racquet club, what are you expecting?  Most parents drop off their children and never really get to know who they are leaving their children with.  Northwood Racquet and Fitness Club is not that type of club.  It is family friendly and a great learning facility – from the beginner just starting a sport, to the advanced player. Parents can trust that their children are safe and are learning in a great environment.

 At this club, the entire staff cares about each member. Every employee is very personable and loves to be at the job, and it shows.  Northwood  provides a comfortable atmosphere that members and visitors can feel as soon as they walk in the door. It is almost like being at home. It has a large screen TV, comfortable seating to relax on, a kitchen area, and of course a viewing area so parents can watch the instruction on the tennis courts.

Northwood isn’t only about tennis. There is racquetball, wallyball, spin and exercise classes, (from yoga to Zumba), Cybex equipment and even beach volleyball. Every instructor has great knowledge and background in the area that they teach.  Northwood  has activities for the entire family.

I have been going to Northwood since I was very young.  When I walk into Northwood, I feel like I am at home. Practicing baton at Northwood Racquet and Fitness Club provided me with the opportunity to become a National and World Champion. I have grown up in Northwood and consider everyone there part of my family. Come to visit and I’m sure that you will join the Northwood family too.
